The Latin America Finance Director serves as a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial activities across the region. This multi-disciplinary role encompasses accounting, internal controls, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury management, and statutory compliance. This role will lead and develop high-performing finance teams, ensuring strong governance and operational excellence while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

In addition to core finance responsibilities, the role is a key business partner to local, regional and global leadership, providing financial insights and strategic guidance to support growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong leadership, cross-cultural communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Latin American business environment.
