The individual will provide comprehensive financial support for plant and outsourced manufacturing operations and work across multiple Business Groups and functions. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as manufacturing and supply chain finance partner to Indonesia plant and all business group’s Outsourced Manufacturing business team located in Singapore, China, Indonesia and Vietnam to provide financial support and control to deliver operational excellence. + Support Indonesia Plant and Outsourced Manufacturing operations teams through annual operating plan, monthly forecasting and monthly P&L financial results review processes. + Ensure key financial performance metrics are monitored and deviations highlighted, and corrective actions implemented to deliver financial results. + Perform unit cost update and pro-actively communicate to the stakeholders and/or division and purchasing subsidiaries. + New project investment ROI analysis and other adhoc financial analysis and reporting. + Ensure compliance with 3M’s Global Financial Standards and address audit queries. + Standardize manufacturing and supply chain reporting across Asia Countries and Plants to ensure consistency in metrics to drive productivity improvements. + Reporting to: Asia TEBG Plant Finance leader Skills and Expertise: + Degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 5-7 years in MNC environment. + Business finance and /or manufacturing finance experience is preferred, experience working with cross functional teams. + SAP accounting system knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Power BI. + Sound knowledge of accounting principles, US GAAP, SOX and financial reporting standards. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with diverse functional teams to evaluate and address key issues. + Able to work independently and balance multiple competing deadlines. **Location** **: AMK Office, 3M Singapore OR Hochiminh Office, 3M Vietnam** **Worker Type: Permanent** Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
