Key Responsibilities:

Build and run internal finance procedures (i.e., “let’s ensure we don’t spend like kudos pirates”).
Ensure we’re compliant with internal controls and financial best practices.Be the master of month-end: closing books, preparing instructions for our shared services crew, and making sure we hit deadlines.Own the forecasting and budgeting process across business ops, R&D, and programs.Dig into the numbers and pull-out insights — variance analysis, margins, standard costs, you name it.Keep tabs on profitability and cash flow — and make sure we’re not leaving money on the table.Manage all things AP/AR: make sure vendors get paid on time, and customers pay us on time (nicely, but firmly
