Finance Co-Op Placement 2026 - Limerick

This role will be based in our **Limerick** site.
Throughout the placement, you will be an integral part of Stryker’s 2025 Cooperative cohort. Tasks and responsibilities may include:
+ Together, with your Stryker team leader and college supervisor, identify a **Finance improvement project** along with project objectives, scope, success factors, milestones and evaluation
+ Involvement in **financial month end process** (posting journals, reporting, liaising with our shared service center etc)
+ Input into **budgeting process** through taking responsibility for **budget inputs, working with the business to set the appropriate budgets and projections, and holding others accountable for performance against targets**
+ **Forecasting** on a quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis
+ Assist the team in the **tracking of capital spent** and **monitoring site spend and inventory movements**
+ Support compliance and internal/external **audit activities**
**What you will need:**
+ Currently enrolled in a university course in **Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business** or other related courses for the duration of the placement
+ **Honesty and integrity;** must comply with the quality system, regulations, and company policies
+ **Self-motivated, flexible, and hardworking** - enjoys working in a dynamic, fast and results orientated environment
+ **Reliable, dependable, and punctual**
+ Organised, focused, and capable of **multi-tasking**
+ Good **analytical** and **problem-solving** skills
+ Good verbal and written **communication** skills with a basic level of PC skills
+ Is a **team player** and capable of working as part of a **multi-disciplined** team
+ Available for either **6, 9 or 12 months** – exact duration and start date to be discussed with your Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Stryker
