A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Finance/Business Systems Analyst to join its finance technology team. This hybrid role requires 3 days/week onsite in Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and optimize finance systems (e.g., NetSuite, NSPB, Concur, Power BI)

Troubleshoot user issues and train finance staff

Assist with system integrations and automation

Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance reporting, budgeting & planning workflows

Contribute to testing, documentation, and process improvements

Requirements:

2-4 years in FP&A, financial systems, or related roles

Strong Excel skills; experience with NetSuite or NSPB is a plus

Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and finance operations

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Must be NYC-based and available for in-office work 3x/week
