Job Overview:

Finance Business Services Coordinator - Maspeth, NY

The Finance Business Services Coordinator is responsible for invoicing, financial reporting and analysis, record keeping and transaction management. 

Shift and Schedule:

Monday - Friday7:00AM - 3:30PMFlexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required

Responsibilities:

Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and softwarePosting financial transactions using appropriate computer software

Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks

Invoice management

Entering debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately

Producing a variety of financial reports including income statements and balance sheets

Monitoring financial transactions, ensuring accuracy

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation

Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the record

Coordinating with other departments to manage financial processes, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Requirements:
