We are looking for a Country Finance Business Partner – Care Delivery International to join our Global Finance Team.
Country Finance Business Partners are an insightful and trusted co-pilot to the business and function by pro-actively providing future-oriented analytics, overseeing and driving business performance and implementing strategy - always with the focus on value creation. They liaise with the CoEs and GBS to ensure first-class support and sustainable operational excellence by combining business acumen with in-depth finance expertise and resolute issues as part of the credit management process.
The role will require strong collaboration across both Finance and non-Finance teams to ensure objectives are met. The ability to understand the underlying business, influence performance drivers and communicate financial outcomes to all stakeholders is keyo success.
Your responsibilities:
Proactively drive and provide highly valuable input from finance perspective on a broad range of business topics such as (not limited):
Business result commenting
Interpret ad-hoc business analyses and recommend actions
Strategic planning and decision support for the region (incl. capital allocation, business development and M&A)
Supporting local business
Investment projects’ analysis
Costs optimization
Credit management
Working capital controlling
Provide forward-looking decision support
Ensure the execution of the strategic plan
Interface with Operations, Procurement, IT, HR&Payroll, GSS and ensure involvement of CoEs
Preform administrative topics that may remain with the local business partner
Strategic planning and tactical initiatives oversight
Provide inputs for local actual / ad-hoc reporting & planning e.g., non-financial KPIs, to the extent not provided by single source of truth (FP&A)
Desired Profile & Qualifications:
A strong track record of delivering tangible business performance improvements
A proven ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve common aims
Ability to think strategically
Excellent communication skills; spoken and written English
Communicative German language would be strong preference
Ability to build relationships through doing the right thing
Pro-active self-starter
Hold a relevant Finance qualification
