Your unique contribution

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Finance Business Partner to support our Supply Chain operations. This role is instrumental in driving financial excellence, ensuring strong cost controls, and delivering insightful reporting that supports operational success.

As a key member of the Pacific Integrated Operations team, you’ll collaborate closely with supply chain leaders, providing financial guidance that helps optimize performance and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse financial data to identify trends and implement cost management strategies.

Ensure accuracy and governance of master data across systems.

Drive efficient resource utilization and support achievement of financial targets.

Manage financial and operational reporting deadlines in line with Group and Finance requirements.

Act as a trusted advisor to the supply chain team, delivering financial expertise and strategic support.

Your collective spirit of Talent

As well as having a passion for challenge and being fiercely authentic, you will also bring:

Tertiary qualification in Commerce (Business/Accounting/Finance)

Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in Finance, in a large corporate organisation

Prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment

Highly proficient in problem solving

Analytical skills with a history of delivering continuous performance improvements

Salary & Benefits

Base salary $110,000 to $120,000
