Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practicesAssisting with the financial forecastingManaging and achieving the financial targets and objectivesProviding financial analysis to business unit managementSupporting the financial decision and budget processAssisting in the preparation of the operating budgetSupporting the preparation of management reportsEnsuring compliance with company policies and proceduresEnsure key deliverables for financial close, forecast reviews and annual operating plans are metDesign standardized financial reporting, assist to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencyAd-hoc analysis, financial modeling, consolidation or related duties as required or assignedLead the monthly accounting process for the DS toll manufacturing with OrthCollaborate closely with the Finance Team, covering month-end reporting and forecastingManage Sales and COGS processesWork closely with Supply Chain and Procurement teams at Sites and External Supply to ensure inventory is recorded and reported in line with Pfizer policiesOversee and manage Service Agreement payments that are to be madeWork with the senior management team to set the pricing strategy ensuring cost rates calculated provide full recovery to the business area, and profitable projects are soldControlling tasks, hereunder P/L and balance reporting KPI metrics
