Job Description:

The role works with Royal Canin Korea Finance Team based in Seoul. The purpose of this role is to act as a trusted FP&A business partner by providing insightful finance analysis and planning also supporting data-driven decision-making for sustainable business growth.

What are we looking for?

The FP&A Business Partner is responsible for supporting FP&A manager to provide financial analysis and forecast along with annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis including preparation of financial reports/dashboards, presentations, financial analysis, and other ad-hoc assignments or projects. This person will be a reliable & trust worthy commercial business partner to provide business decision support

What will be your key responsibilities?Prepare annual budget, rolling forecast, and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making and sustainable business growth including timely submission to Anaplan systemAnalyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of P&L and cashflow.Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected varianceCollaborate/ effectively communicate with key stakeholders as a finance business partner, provide financial insights to drive commercial successIn-depth analysis on logistic cost breakdown structure and provide periodic forecast as a co-pilotContinuously improve and simplify the process relating to planning, reporting, and performance measurementImplement dashboard reports based on KPIsSupport business overview PPT preparation for management
