The Finance Business Partner for Radiometer is responsible for collaboration with various departments across the organization in Stargard and Basel. In this high-impact role, you will provide leaders with financial insight and analysis to support informed decision-making and drive the business forward.

This position is part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team located in Stargard, Poland and will be position on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will join a diverse team with high energy and good humor and will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders in Stargard, HQ in Denmark as well as Plant Controllers/Finance Business Partners situated at manufacturing sites worldwide.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Serve as the lead finance business partner to departments heads across functions in Stargard and BaselOwn the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate submissions and alignment with company objectivesProduce comprehensive Forecast vs Actuals analyses, investigating variances to improve forecast accuracy and reliability, analyze financial results, identify key trends, and communicate risks and opportunitiesDriving business case assessment for the projects and investment proposals (CAPEX)Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to empower leaders in making informed business decisions

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Auditing, Management Accounting or similar5 years’ experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Controlling roles, preferably in the production areaAdvanced knowledge of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI combined with a strong understanding of ERP systems and processesFluent communicate in English (B2/C1)Strong analytical skills, independence and business mindsetVery limited (less than 5%) travel is expected.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Axapta, SQL, OneStreamDriving process improvements
