Main ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnering
Actively participate in Pharma BU governance forums (e.g., Operations Committee, Demand and Supply meetings, Management Committee) and contribute with financial insightsCollaborate with operational and commercial teams to drive business results aligned with budget and forecastsChallenge assumptions and ensure financial realism in business plansConduct regular business reviews with BU Head and key stakeholdersSupport decisions with robust financial analysis on pricing, resource deployment, and distribution planningFinancial Planning & Performance Monitoring
Monitor business performance through monthly KPIs and provide variance analysis and recommendations (Topline, Opex, Distribution, Period costs, Headcount)Identify and communicate risks and opportunities vs. budget and forecast; propose mitigation actionsEnsure timely, accurate financial reporting during closing cycles in collaboration with Accounting, Controlling Operations, and Regional FinanceLead planning cycles including budget, forecast, and quarterly landing presentations to regional stakeholdersInternal Control & Governance
