We're seeking someone to join our Business Management team as a Business Management Support Associate in Centralised Management to work closely with various Office of the COO functions and key business partners across the Finance division to cover Business Management, Workforce Management, Strategic Initiatives, Management Reporting and Process Centralization / Improvement.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is an Associate level position within the Business Management job family.

What you'll do in the role:

Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the FirmResponsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segmentsAdhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in workAct as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standardsOversee contingent management activities, including headcount budgeting and forecasting; bring expertise to stakeholder managementOversee the reporting, tracking and data management of Finance division contingent staffWork directly with Office of COO teams to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure that the Resource Management team's activities cater to clients' evolving business needs, in line with Finance goals and firm-wide standardsProvide value-add analytics on client queries to support strategic decision making

What you'll bring to the role:

In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environmentAbility to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilitiesAbility to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processesBachelor's degree in business-related disciplineAt least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role (within a COO, reporting or business management function is an advantage)Good interpersonal skills; effective written and oral communication abilities in EnglishSound numeric and analytical skillsAccuracy, attention to detail, good organization, and time management skillsFlexibility to adapt to changing environments quickly and effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office (VBA knowledge is an advantage)
