Finance Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Finance Business Analyst to join our Finance Centre of Excellence.

This role involves analysing finance-related business processes, gathering and documenting detailed requirements, and working closely with finance teams, project managers, and IT to ensure solutions meet business needs. You will support process improvement initiatives, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and assist with testing activities to ensure successful project delivery.

What you’ll do:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders to support project delivery.Map and review finance processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.Collaborate with project managers, IT, and finance teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.Support testing activities by preparing test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing.Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and validate requirements.Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation in line with Aggreko’s standards and store appropriately on SharePoint.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Strong Business Analysis experience, preferably with a finance focus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing support.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and business analysis tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
