Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including profitability reviews, variance analysis, and financial modelling, to support business decisions and optimize performance.Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, commercial, sales) to provide actionable insights that enhance financial decision-making and operational outcomes.Provide analytical support for business case development, cost analysis, and evaluation of strategic initiatives to ensure informed decision-making.Drive process improvements by supporting the implementation and optimization of financial tools, automation efforts, and standardized processes.Perform post-investment reviews to assess the performance of strategic initiatives and recommend corrective actions where needed.support efforts to improve reporting, forecasting, and financial data quality, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of financial information.Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects, including pricing strategies, cost savings initiatives, and performance tracking, to drive business improvements.

We're Hiring! Finance Lead – Colombia, Peru & LATAM Key Accounts

Are you passionate about financial analysis, process automation, and regional collaboration? This is your opportunity to lead the finance function for two countries and 12 key accounts across 11 countries in Latin America.

Role Scope:Financial responsibility for Colombia, Peru, and 12 key accounts (Lakas LATAM) across 11 countries.Direct collaboration with both regional and local teams.

Key Responsibilities:Lead financial analysis and turn economic data into actionable insights.Develop reports to support strategic decision-making.Prepare the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and other business estimates.Identify productivity improvements and drive process and cost control enhancements.Lead automation and RPA projects to streamline month-end close and planning processes.

What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s or CPA preferred).Experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Intermediate English (minimum B1/B2).Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Additional Details:Occasional travel to Peru and Colombia required.
