Complete Description:  Images will be pre-built and this resource will be trained by an employee on upgrade and migration processes.
Encryption experience is a benefit.  They are currently using Bit Locker
They are upgrading to Windows 10.  Basic troubleshooting experience beneficial.  Active Directory basic experience will be required.
