1)\tExperience with the SAP/SAPOne ERP system  specifically the FICO (Finance & Controlling); MM (Materials Management); PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules. \n2)\tMicrosoft Excel – Experience with handling and analyzing large sets of data – including formatting, filters, pivot tables.\n3)\tCommunicate and coordinate with Accounts Payable team to resolve errors and ensure vendors are paid timely.\n4)\tSAPOne IT/Troubleshooting: \na.\tBOM & Routing Update/Correction Help.\nb.\tSystem Errors preventing Production Reporting/MRP.\nc.\tVariances: PPV/UOM Issues.\nd.\tAccounting Setup & Standard Costing Errors.\n5)\tA/P & Supply Chain Support:\na.\tGoods Receipts approved invoices in coordination with Accounts Payable\nb.\tGR/IR Issues in Purchase Orders.\nc.\tSetup/Costing on New Hearing & COMMS SKUs.\n6)\tSupply Chain Reporting:\na.\tInternal Management Reporting (Inventory/Turns/Bellweather Costs).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
