Responsible for financial planning and analysis for expenditures and investments for Reality Lab departments. 2. Develop financial developing forecasts, track actuals and variances, and create understandable narratives around financial data. 3. Apply applicable accounting concepts and financial skills for planning. 4. Review and provide financial analysis into large deals including long-term purchasing agreements, and future capex purchases. 5. Define and implement scalable financial processes and reports related to yearly and lifetime expenditures, support month end accruals and reporting. 6. Develop decision frameworks for capacity planning. 7. Partner with various teams such as accounting to assess and suggest improvements in policies. 8. Drive financial process improvements by partnering with upstream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. Requires a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and two years of work experience in the job offered or in a finance-related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted 10. Requires two years of experience in the following: 11. 1.- Developing financial analytical framework and communicating concepts to leadership 12. 2.- Developing financial forecasts, tracking actuals and variance, and creating understandable narratives around financial data 13. 3.- Partnering with and influencing key functional leaders 14. 4.- Advanced automation tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, and Oracle Hyperion 15. 5.- Accounting concepts and financial planning 16. 6.- Long-term fixed investments 17. 7.- Managing diverse product portfolio including new product development through mass production manufacturing. **Public Compensation:** $144,167/year to $155,540/year + bonus + equity + benefits **Industry:** Internet **Equal Opportunity:** Meta is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
