Finance Assistant (f/m)

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Endress+Hauser team in  Zagreb, Croatia

 

Which tasks will you perform?

Keep records and documentation accurately and in accordance with company policy  and  accepted accounting practicesMonitoring A/P and A/R invoicesPreparing all documentation for external bookkeeping agencyTaking care for material costs of employees & travel reports, company cardsResponsibility for new vendorsE-invoicingBank statements bookingDunning and collections follow upParticipate in the monthly closing processCommunication with leasing companies, taking care for lease contracts and all related to thatMonthly report for Intrastat and FZOEUAdministrative tasksOffice supply (taking care for the office)

 

What do we expect from you?

hold a minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/controlling or higher, an additional finance certificate is a plusexperience considered in the finance department, preferably in an international environmentadvanced user of MS Office, especially MS Excelsocial and business fluent in Croatian and English and have a strong communication abilityan effective team playerattention to details, accuracy and analytical thinking with a disciplined and proactive work ethicsbring ownership and entrepreneurial thinkingflexible and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
