Pay Rate: $15/HR

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Finance Assistant, you’ll work directly with internal teams and member accounts, processing sensitive financial requests and supporting day-to-day operations that are critical to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process and resolve account requests for Certificates, IRAs, and Payable on Death (POD) accounts
+ Identify and report potentially fraudulent activity; apply account holds when necessary
+ Ensure proper documentation is collected, reviewed, and submitted for compliance
+ Collaborate with contact center and branch teams to resolve member needs
+ Assist with record-keeping and internal audits

Who Should Apply?
You meet the requirements if you have:
+ A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
OR
+ At least 1 year of experience in a financial institution or operations-based role
And you bring:
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ The ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
+ Sound decision-making, time management, and problem-solving abilities
+ A proactive mindset and strong communication skills
Preferred (Not Required):
+ Exposure to IRA, certificate, or POD account processing
+ Experience in fraud detection, compliance, or financial operations
+ Internship or entry-level experience in a bank, credit union, or similar organization
