Job Summary – What to expect:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual who’s passionate about numbers, to join us as a Finance Assistant. This role will sit within our dynamic finance team at CooperVision in Eerbeek. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our financial administration—ensuring smooth processing of payments, accurate invoicing, and timely reporting.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities 

Managing and monitoring payments, including archiving Generating, processing, and sending invoices Preparing monthly financial reports and declarations Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

At least 2 years of experience in a similar financial administration role Completed MBO level 3 in Financial Administration or equivalent Strong communication and computer skills Good ability with tools including Microsoft Excel A precise, honest, and independent working style
