Job Title: Financial and Administrative Manager

Task Description:

1. Financial Management and Increasing Productivity
• Developing and implementing effective solutions to increase revenue and reducing costs
• Cash stream management and optimization of organization costs
• Careful control and monitoring of budgeting, financial reports and cost analysis
• Provide practical solutions to increase profitability and reduce unnecessary costs


. Tax, Insurance and Payroll Management
• Planning and monitoring payments and settlements in accordance with tax and insurance laws
• Control of the Calculation and Payment Process of Employees

3. Process Control and Optimization
• Design and Implementation of Optimized Methods for Improvement of Financial Productivity
• Monitoring Financial and Administrative Standards in all units of the collection
• Cooperation with other departments to improve executive processes and reduce overhead costs

4. Management and Supervision of Contracts
• Management and Supervision of Financial, Administrative and Legal Contracts
• Follow -up of payments, claims, interaction with suppliers and customers
• Consolidate legal and tax affairs related to the organization in interacting with legal authorities

Conditions:
(Masters is an advantage)
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant management experience in the field of financial and administrative field
• Mastery: Full familiarity with tax laws, insurance, social security and labor law
• Skills:
• Financial Financial Analysis, Financial Analysis, Financial Analysis, And strong communication skills and leadership
