Our Client is seeking a Finance and Accounting Coordinator with deep expertise in Workday Financials, specifically the Banking and Settlement module. This role will lead key initiatives to automate and streamline cash management processes, including integration of global banking formats (MT940, CamT.053, BAI2). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial systems integration, treasury processes, and Workday configuration. Preference is given to candidates with exposure to Workday Customer and Supplier modules and Workday Prism.

1. Expert-level experience with Workday Banking and Settlement, including integrations (MUST HAVE)
2. Understanding or experience with Workday Customer and Supplier modules (Preferred)
3. Exposure or experience with Workday Prism (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead automation of MT940 and BAI2 bank statement ingestion into Workday, including Managed File Transfer (MFT) setup and connector configurationDesign and implement conversion logic from MT940 to CamT.053 formatEnhance BAI2 rule sets and ensure accurate mapping and reconciliation of bank statementsCollaborate with Treasury and Technology teams to define file formats and integration touchpoints across systemsDevelop Workday reports to monitor integration status, track errors, and support audit readinessConfigure and deploy the Workday Banking and Settlement module, including ISO 20022 (CamT) enablementTroubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with Workday Support for resolutionSupport change management efforts including documentation, training, and stakeholder communicationRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems5+ years of experience with Workday Financials, including 2+ years in the Banking and Settlement moduleProven experience with MT940, CamT.053, and BAI2 formatsStrong understanding of financial operations including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cash Management, and ReconciliationExperience with Workday integrations, including MFT and ETL pipelinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex system-related issuesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Workday Customer and Supplier modulesExposure to Workday PrismFamiliarity with ISO 20022 standards and global banking formatsUnderstanding of Workday MT Messaging Configuration and Integration MapsExcellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teamsThe base hourly range for this contract position is $40-$70 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
