**Description:** You will be a Senior Finance Analyst on the Precision Fires GMLRS Finance & Business Operations \(F&BO\) Team, supporting the Program Finance Manager and Program Management Team\. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program objectives through Earned Value Management \(EVM\) and financial analysis\. **What You Will Be Doing** As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will manage program business and financial performance, from proposal to contract closeout\. You will apply EVM principles to lead budget and schedule preparation, perform financial analyses, and prepare quarterly reports\. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing program finance responsibilities, including budgeting and scheduling • Applying EVM principles to lead financial analysis and reporting • Preparing quarterly reports, such as CSR positions and charts • Interacting with program and financial management personnel to ensure alignment with company processes • Preparing and presenting program\-level earned value and financial performance reports • Conducting monthly, quarterly, and semi\-annual financial forecasting and long\-range planning **Why Join Us** As a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in business, finance, or accounting, you will thrive in this role\. CITIZEN \- The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. **Basic Qualifications:** \- Finance experience \- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint\. \- Knowledge of Earned Value Management \- Bachelor's degree, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a Master's degree\. **Desired Skills:** \- Experience with Earned Value Management \(EVM\) Industry Standard ANSI/EIA 748\-A\. \- Experience working with EFS \(EAC, CSR Model, MDR\) \- Program Finance experience to include monthly and quarterly program financial status preparation and analysis\. \- Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash forecasting experience and ability to interface with senior management\. \- Ability to multi\-task and take on challenging assignments\. \- Aptitude to facilitate results, self\-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver\. \- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams\. \- Excellent communication and presentation skills\. \- Excellent organization skills\. **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
