Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office

Working pattern is 37.5 hours a week over 5 days, 25 days holiday, potential bonus

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, you will be responsible for:

\n\nPerform accounting processes in scope for the respective site/customer like month end, reconciliations\nRegular engagement with site ops teams, Reporting team, BU FC's and shared services on inputs and outputs for the completion of common processes\nBuild deep business knowledge for the customer/sites in scope to provide support for decision making\nEffectively maintain period end and year end closing schedules for the customer/sites in scope Adherence to finance processes and accurate, timely report production at site/customer level Provide regular updates to the Reporting Manager on process completion, issue resolution and any escalations\nDeliver the processes in scope to the agreed KPI requirements and support performance management\nManage individual workflow ensuring agreed deadlines are met\nAd hoc tasks as required Any other purchasing or operational admin related activities as required by the Controller or Manager\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nStrong Excel, pivot tables, V Lookups and formulas\nClear, effective communicator \nAbility to work well in a team\n1-2 years finance experience\nCustomer-facing experience\nKnowledge of financial compliance and reporting requirements\nExperience in accounting in a logistics or similar industry – desirable\n\n
