FINANCE ANALYST - MANUFACTURING & OPERATIONS **At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.** **Job Overview** Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the global/regional operations and plant management teams. The role requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers, consolidation and analysis of actual results/forecasts/budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product/conversion/material productivity analysis, driving freight/inventory reductions, and supporting capital investments. The position also requires coordination with the regional/global BU supply chain team. **Your main tasks**  Consolidates the SV plants submissions of actuals, forecasting/budgeting  Ensure effective planning processes with the Ops SV organization and ensure timely and accurate submissions  Review and Consolidation of weekly operations performance reports  Responsible for forecast, budget and actual variances for non-plant  Business partner with SV Operations, Plant Finance and Supply Chain to drive business efficiencies and monitors financial targets. Pro-actively identifies appropriate KPI’s and ensuring accurate tracking of performance (productivity, TEBIT, Capex and inventory)  Supervises, develops, and standardizes planning and reporting process. Increase productivity by enabling automation steps, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements. Focus on continuous process improvement and simplification  Coordination of SV TEOA-F best practice standardization across plants  Ensures Compliance with TE Connectivity policies / procedures  Lead ad-hoc analysis  Navigates efficiently and accurately the TE company systems including financial systems and analytical tool to accomplish the above **Your ideal background**  Master's degree in Finance/Controlling or similar  3+ years of relevant work experience in Controlling, budgeting and forecasting with operational experience  Fluent English (verbal/written)  Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills  Accurate, systematic, and independent work style  Ability to work under pressure, flexibility during peak forecast/ closing periods  Experience of manufacturing and trading organizations, budgeting/forecasting processes and standard cost accounting techniques  Willingness for self-development and ambition to reach the next career steps within the organization  Good communication skills to interact within different levels and functions of organization  Comfortable to work in an international matrix organization. Previous experience of a multicultural environment an advantage  Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and database software.
