Job DescriptionCash Management including Payment Transactions Functionality and Intercompany Area (Cash Pooling, Account Disposition)Execution of bank account disposition Execution of intercompany netting (netting of intercompany receivables and payables)Preparation of group liquidity planningManagement of the Euro cash pool as an instrument of internal financingOptimization and monitoring of liquidity at the subsidiary levelSupport of subsidiaries regarding bank relationships, internal financing, and liquidity managementTrading of daily and term depositsExecution of commercial paper issuanceTrading of currency transactionsAdministration of the treasury management systemAutomation and digitization of internal processes in operational business

QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or a related fieldMany years of professional experience in cash handling, bookkeeping or financial management roleIn-depth special know-how regarding internal and external financing products and cash managementSeveral years of experience in a bank/company with comparable activitiesFluent English skills in written and spokenStructured and very independent way of working, with very good communication and persuasive skills at the same time, openness to innovations/changesVery high willingness to take on responsibilitiesAbility to work in international team and a strategic mindset

Compensation package - 14th salaries plus performance bonusLunch Allowance - in line with local regulationFlexibility - Flexible schedule, hybrid work.Home-Office - Employees received 1,00€ net for each Home-Office day, paid monthly.Work Abroad - Possibility to work abroad within the EU for 20+20 days per year (two different countries).Vacation days - 22 days per year + 3 extra days the following year (considering absenteeism).
