Finance Analyst

Make It Uniquely Yours.** You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls. **How you will contribute** You will: + Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checks + Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies + Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director) + Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement + Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will bring experience and knowledge in: + TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data collection/structuring + BUSINESS ACUMEN and a basic understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market. Relevant experience in a regional (or sizeable local) business + LEADERSHIP SKILLS including collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team. Team player with can do mentality to deliver results + GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness + INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations **What you need to know about this position:** You will be part of our Nordic Commercial & Category Finance team, working mainly with our Swedish business unit (also at times supporting Finland) to drive profitable growth for Mondelez International and to ensure a high level of financial control and compliance. There will be a wide range of opportunities to work with the commercial business from systems to strategic decision making. **Main Responsibilities** + Build strong business partnering relationships with the commercial team, based on insights you will challenge, and influence decisions related to all categories + Be part of key business processes including actual, planning and forecast reporting. Deliver insightful analysis of actual and forecast performance, presenting financial information to both Finance and non- Finance personnel in a clear and concise way which helps influence future actions + Understand the required level of financial control, including balance sheet management and reconciliation ensuring that all revenue and trade promotional costs are reflected accurately in the Profit & Loss + Support the Finance Manager and other stakeholders on various projects and tasks **What extra ingredients you will bring:** + Strong influencing and communication skills with senior stakeholders, with an ability to simplify the complex + Proactively drives and embraces change, and feels comfortable with ambiguity + Analytical – ability to translate complex data into understandable basis for decision making **Education & Job specific requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and some relevant work experience + Proven track record as a self-starter with drive for results + P&L understanding, basic accounting knowledge + Advanced Excel knowledge + System skills preferred - Experience working with SAP, SAC, Power BI & Tableau + Fluent in English is a requirement, Swedish is preferred We look forward to hearing from you! **Relocation Support Available?** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
