Job Description

The Finance Analyst role is part of the company Financial Planning and Analysis Team. As the Finance Analyst, you work with Senior Finance Analyst and Business Partners to turn analysis into value-adding insight. Also, you will support the Business Partner's to create the annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Monitoring and analysing revenue trends to identify areas for financial growth and improvementDeveloping revenue forecasts and models to predict future performanceConducting variance analysis to compare projected revenue to actual figures and explain discrepanciesDoing reforecast exerciseCreating detailed reports that outline revenue performance and provide actionable insights to managementAssessing market conditions and competitor strategies to recommend pricing or product adjustmentsWorking with data analytics tools to extract and manipulate data for analysisEnsuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue data across various reporting systemsSupporting the budgeting and financial planning processes with revenue-related inputIdentifying and analysing revenue leakage or areas of underperformance to recommend corrective actionsParticipating in the development and implementation of revenue management policies and proceduresCommunicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and regular reportingAssisting senior Finance Analyst and Senior Finance Business Partner regarding any ad-hoc and BAU tasks related to Revenue

QualificationsDegree in Accounting / Data Sciences2+ years’ working experience as in similar role or experience in gaming industryHighly proficient in Microsoft suites. Power BI knowledge will be desirableDemonstrates sense of passion and pride about own work. Positive attitude and adapts well to change. Inspires passion and excitement around shared goals, promoting environment of achievementAbility to develop and deliver clear, concise communication and communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulatelyAbility to identify, influence and work collaboratively with internal Stakeholders and key external service providersDemonstrates strategic thinking and planning ability, whilst being tactically responsive to changing needsConfronts and works through tough issues, demonstrating perseverance and a sense of urgency.An ability and desire to learn new skills and technologiesPositive attitude can work with ambiguity and adapts well to change
