Title: Finance Analyst - Beginner Position Location: Belgrade, Serbia Grade: 9 **Key Areas of Responsibility** + Support NAMER finance team throughout month to process vouchers and accruals, research actual results, run periodic revenue and cost reports (i.e. statement of activity), capture arrears billing data, etc. + Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. + Work closely with other departments to collect and analyze financial data. + Assist in the development of financial models and business cases. + Conduct research and perform ad-hoc analysis as required. + Support the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and reconciliations. + Working on ad-hoc finance projects **Basic Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. + Prior experience in financial analysis is a plus. **Preferred Requirements** + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at a time + Flexible and highly motivated with the ability to work with various cross-functional teams + Strong interpersonal and analytical skills + Excellent written and verbal skills + Relevant work experience is a plus If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career in finance, please send your resume and cover letter to [insert email address].
