The successful applicant will have both technical skills in accounting and/or finance as well as soft skills including organization, teamwork, and time management. Note, this is a junior role with no direct reports. + Report to Corporate FPA Manager II supporting financial performance for Technology Organization. + Prepare IT Purchase Requisitions on behalf of the Technology organization. + Support monthly reporting activities including preparation and analysis of transactional activity and P&L results. + Prepare journal entries, review transactions and related activity as part of the monthly financial close. + Provide support of monthly outlook process, including research to resolve variances and provide commentary. + Assist in preparing the annual financial plan with required supporting analysis of headcount, capital expenditures, and other non-labor spend. Prepare operational metrics as appropriate. + Participate in the quarterly forecast process. + Provide finance support to assist with various strategic initiatives, ad-hoc analysis, and special projects. + Responsible for purchase requisitions, purchase orders and receiving for the Technology organization. + Consistently look at business process and identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining. + Meet deadlines as set by finance and business owners. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in Accounting or Finance field + Ability to use a variety of software programs and tools to analyze and work with large data sets and accomplish tasks efficiently. + Superior English Level (both verbal and written). + Proficient in Microsoft applications and aptitude for learning other analytics tools. + Process orientated. + Attention to detail. + Analytical skills; Be able to identify unreasonable relationships and outliers. + Results-oriented. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 1-3 years related experience. + Superior to proficient Microsoft Excel Skills, including but not limited to, formulas, pivot tables and vlookups. + Experience with reporting tools such as ERP Systems (Oracle), Anaplan, Power BI and/or Apptio. + Working knowledge of advanced financial accounting principles. + Demonstrated experience with financial systems and data query tools. + Strong analytical skills including experience in financial planning and analysis function (FP&A). + Committed to process improvement.
