Your mission, roles and responsibilities

主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:  

•    协助财务经理管理公司整个财务方面的运作从而监督和优化工厂的财务绩效和竞争
Responsibility for support finance manager manage the financial aspects of the operations in order to guarantee and optimise the plant's financial performance and competitiveness 
•    确保财务信息的可靠准确
To ensure reliable financial information 
•    协助财务经理进行内部控制
•    Assistant financial manager internal control  
 

主要任务The main missions of the role are:
依据最新的与测量，来测算公司未来5年，未来一年，滚动预算的利润表，资产负债表，现金流量表
分析公司的经营状况，给管理层提供报表
比较新项目和现有项目的盈利情况
•    参与项目控制，跟踪商务进展
Participate in program control, follow commercial progress 
•    加强内部控制，确保遵循集团内控要求
Strengthen internal control, implement group internal control basic  
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

    资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
•    教育背景/Education: 本科及学历以上，经验丰富者可适当放宽标准；Bachelor Degree in Finance 
•    经验/ Experience: 至少2年以上同等岗位经验；包括团队协作环境，成本管理、汽车行业优先
Minimum 2 years experience in an industrial environment including an experience in a program team，cost, automobile industry is preferred
较强的逻辑思维能力，面对复杂数据的处理能力，抗压能力等。

通用职责General responsibilities :
•    能够熟知并遵守公司的员工手册、道德规范、管理规范、利益冲突声明以及行为准则的相关要求。To Familiar and comply with the Employee Handbook, company's code of ethics, Declaration of Interest Conflict Form ,the requirements of the relevant management regulations and code of conduct. 
•    能够遵守佛瑞亚10个环境要求及ISO45001的相关环境要求。To comply with Forvia 10 Environmental Attitudes & relative environment requirements of ISO45001. 
•    熟悉并掌握IATF16949相关培训课程Familiar with and master IATF16949 related training course
