**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Compiles and receive documents on completed services from Facilities and Engineering department and summarize it monthly for necessary billing to client.
+ Updating of the necessary monitoring reports upon receipt of certificate of completed works/services.
+ Reconciliation of actual invoices by the Vendors against the project completed for pass through including checking/matching of appropriate SI/DR and service reports attached.
+ Preparation of local invoices for billing to client as well as monitoring of paid invoices and collections from client.
+ Closely working with Operations in identifying services for accrual including coordination & submission to client.
+ Reviewing & matching of vendors' payables against pass thru expenses. Performs analysis on monthly cost accruals against revenue accruals for Adhoc.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 1-3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Excellent knowledge on Excel functions. Examples include Pivoting, VLookUp, etc.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
