What would you do as our Finance Analyst
As our Finance Analyst, you would have the opportunity to make a huge impact in improving how we collate, interpret and present data globally. Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for supporting the Business in data driven decision making. This role will suit a candidate who is a visible, engaging and knowledgeable Finance Professional.
You would also:
Consolidate weekly sales forecasts and group-level financial data from regional teams to support budgeting, planning, and forecasting. Develop financial models and analyse monthly results by collaborating with regional finance teams to ensure detailed and accurate insights. Drive efficiency through the analysis of global KPIs (including non-financial metrics) and spot trends in consolidated forecasts. Maintain and improve internal pricing reports, manage data accuracy, and collaborate with regions for issue resolution and data integrity. Serve as a key liaison between accounting and operations teams, supporting overall company objectives; primarily remote with occasional office and international travel.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Is a qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or Strong Finalist. Has excellent skills in interpreting financial information and is confident liaising with senior stakeholders. Has the ability to monitor, interpret and effectively present complex data with a view to predicting future trends or actions. Has working knowledge of Power BI (or other similar BI tools). Has strong Excel Skills and good working knowledge of other Microsoft Apps (Word, PowerPoint etc.)
It would be beneficial if you have experience in a similarly sized global organisation and are familiar with HFM or similar tools, with the ability to retrieve data to create reports (this can also be learnt in the role). Experience with SQL data queries, building Power BI reports, and working with multiple FX rates would also be advantageous.
