Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesYour main objective will include:
• Analyze the overall profitability of the company and each project, track new project P&L and check with BP;
Your responsibilities will include:
• Analyze the difference between P&L and Budget/Forecast;
• Determine the cost allocation ratio for each program/cost center;
• Monthly manufacturing cost tracking, timely alarm of over-budget situation;
• Monthly fixed assets/tooling investment and payment tracking;
• SAP WBS management and carry-over;
• Review and track the pre-investment costs of new projects;
• Regularly check BP's financial position with the program manager and program control;
• Prepare weekly reports, monthly P&L/Cash Reporting Package;
• Assist finance manager in developing forecast/budget /PMT;
• Ensure transparent and timely communication with financial manager.
Your profile and competencies to succeedThe ideal candidate should have:
Minimum education level
• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or accounting is preferred;
Professional Experience
• 3 years financial experience in manufacturing industry is preferred (preferably automotive industry);
• About 2 years working experience in financial analysis;
Professional skills and LCM capabilities:
• Solid knowledge of financial theory, intermediate or above accounting title is preferred;
• Have good financial accounting ability, familiar with the preparation of statements;
• Proficient in ERP system, preferably SAP;
• Work to a plan and be able to complete the work as planned
• Good communication and reporting skills;
• Good at collaborate with others;
• Ability to drive results;
• Good at managing complexity;
• CET-4 or above/Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
