As a Payroll Analyst on the SSO Andean team reporting to the SSO Andean Finance Manager, you will focus on balance sheet reconciliations, contract terminations, and payroll processing.

What your day-to-day will be like:
\n\n\nProvide technical support to hotels in payroll issues.\nManage and process payroll with the local HR.\nReview accounting accruals, social security, vacations, or any other related accounts.\nEnsure that payroll processing complies with applicable local labor and tax laws.\nPrepare payroll reports for reviews and internal or external audits.\nSupport and review payroll payment control.\nProcess benefit-related information and payments (retirement plans, social security, health insurance accounts).\n\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nPeriodic meetings with hotel directors of finance to review reports and accounting journals posted to the General Ledger.\nConstant communication with internal stakeholders mainly local HR managers.\nReview of internal policies and procedures with others in the office.\n\nWhat projects you will take ownership of:
\n\nPlanning of strategies to improve internal processes, to be more efficient in the area.\nImplement efficient payroll processes in all assignations according to each country local labor law and Hilton policies.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nTwo (2) years of work experience in large volume payroll processes.\nYou have knowledge of payroll systems such as Siesa, Zeus, or Novasoft\nIntermediate Excel knowledge.\nExperience with Windows suite (Word and Outlook).\n\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
