Finance Analyst - 1st shift

Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their team. As a Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Finance department supporting the North American Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Pay Range:$25

Shift:1st shift

What's the Job?

Prepare timely reporting and analysis of key financial information (KPI’s, STAT’s) for the reporting unit. Maintain and distribute reporting records of operational expenses and inventories in a timely manner. Serve as a liaison with the central PTP team to resolve receiving and payment issues. Prepare account reconciliations monthly with proper supporting documentation for review. Support the Plant Controller in month-end closing activities and budget development.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in an industrial company, preferably in the automotive industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems like QAD and Hyperion (HFM). Ability to travel and work at industrial manufacturing plants. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
