This role presents an opportunity for the candidate to work closely with cross-sector functional leaders and business partners such as in IT, Finance, HR and Procurement. We are looking for a talent who has a growth mindset and is open to progressing their career in different aspects of finance within J&J as they develop themselves professionally. The responsibilities for this role include: - Provide end-to-end support for designated function for the Asia Pacific region o Overall forecasting, planning and actual analysis + Annual budget and update cycles activities + Work closely with global, regional and local business partners to manage the planning cycles + Work with country partners to identify local budget needs + Regional consolidation and responsible for reviewing and providing financial and business analysis to regional leaders o Decision support analysis + Conduct financial, accounting or planning analysis in budget and forecast + Challenges business assumptions, help to develop alternative scenarios or what if analysis + Educates business partners on financial issues, concepts and ownership o Quarter close and standard reporting + Review quarterly results with business partners and identify risks & opportunities for the entire region - Provide monthly/quarterly close operational support activities for the Global Functions FP&A team.
