Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Invoicing & Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and sending invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring all billing-related administrative tasks are completed in a timely and precise manner.

This is a key position within our finance/administration team, requiring a high level of accuracy, independence, and responsibility.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Prepare and process outgoing invoices based on internal and external documentationEnsure all billing information is accurate and up to dateTrack and reconcile incoming paymentsMaintain organized records of invoices, contracts, and payment dataFollow up on outstanding payments when necessaryCollaborate with other departments to resolve invoice-related issuesSupport general administrative and financial reporting tasks

QualificationsProven experience in invoicing, administration, or a similar financial roleExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of your tasksGood communication skills in English (written and spoken)Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
