As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our royalty system. This position requires excellent attention to detail, a flexible working approach, and strong team-working skills. This is a part time opportunity at 21 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:
Learn various aspects of rights processing for data cleansing purposes, including:
Processing daily cash receipts in the royalty system. Investigating unidentified cash receipts and allocating them to the correct contract or department. Liaising with payees and internal departments regarding the collection and processing of sub-right monies due/received. Inputting earned royalty statements received without payment and ensuring the system is set up to chase for the payment. Inputting unearned royalty statements received. Administering the team email account, saving department documentation, and resolving and routing queries as appropriate. Regular portal administration and maintenance of territory procedures.
Rights Accounting Assistance: Support other areas of rights accounting, including:
Working with the Credit Services department to review unallocated cash sitting on accounts. Chasing licensees for outstanding statements and payments due. Performing other ad-hoc work as necessary.
What you’ll bring:
Essential criteria:
Previous experience in a finance role. Strong IT and systems skills, including proficiency in Excel. Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy with excellent attention to detail. Good communication skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with other parts of the business.
Preferred criteria:
Experience in royalty processing or another high-volume transaction business area where accuracy is essential.

Salary
Up to £25,000 FTE (actual salary £15,000) depending on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits.
