Overall Function: The Finance Accounts Executive is responsible for processing vendor and employee-related payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting both month-end and year-end closing activities. This role also includes preparing financial reports for assigned subsidiaries or business units and contributing to ERP system enhancements and process improvement initiatives. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual eager to grow professionally within a dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities Verify and process vendor payments accurately and promptly.Review and process employee expense claims in accordance with company policy.Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations to ensure payable accuracy.Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.Oversee closing processes and prepare financial reports for designated subsidiaries/business units.Support internal/external audits and tax-related inquiries by providing necessary documentation and analysis.Participate in ERP system enhancements and drive process improvements for invoice and expense workflows.Execute other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Finance Manager. Qualifications Diploma in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent3–5 years of relevant experience in general ledger, accounts payable, or cash managementProficient in online banking platforms for payment processingExperience with ERP systems; comfortable with hands-on process improvement and automationMeticulous and capable of managing high volumes of transactions efficientlyProactive and able to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong team player with effective interpersonal and communication skillsFresh graduates with strong aptitude and a keen interest in finance are welcome to apply
