Final Test Operator - 2nd Shift
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Final Test Operator - 2nd Shift. The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** The **Final Test Operator** must be proficient in loading and unloading capacitor units to and from the electrical testing station. They must be able to work closely with the Group Leader, Job Setter and Production Supervisor to maintain Safety, Production and Quality requirements. Must be flexible in the performing various job functions. In this role, you will test Capacitor products according to the specifications of the customers order. It’s where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potential—and where you can help us reach ours. • You will check all capacitors to assure paint quality, no leaking capacitors, and no damage to tank or bushings during all stages of process. • You will test all capacitors to specifications required. • You will operate Unit Transport Cart, Walk Behind PIT, and Hoist to move capacitor units as required. • You will discharge all failed capacitors. • You will rotate daily between workstations: On-load, Off-load, take down of units, and load lines to MHS Load.
