Position: Final Inspection Team Lead
Pay: $25–$30/hour
Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM (currently working 5x10s, Monday–Friday, with some weekend OT as needed)

Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Final Inspection Team Lead to support a growing workload. In this role, you’ll oversee a small team performing final inspections on electrical control panels, ensuring every unit meets quality standards before shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 5–6 people performing final inspections.
Perform and oversee point-to-point checks, pull tests, and aesthetic evaluations.
Review panels for completeness, safety, and accuracy against schematics and documentation.
Document findings, create punch lists, and report issues to the appropriate departments (inspectors do not perform repairs).
Ensure proper use and maintenance of inspection tools like micrometers.
Collaborate with production and engineering to ensure quality standards are upheld.
Track quality data and help drive continuous improvement.
Support the calibration of inspection tools.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
Electrical background with experience in quality control for control panels.
Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Hands-on experience using tools like micrometers for quality checks.
Experience documenting quality control issues and working with punch lists.
Leadership experience with small teams (5+ people).
Wireman skill set strongly preferred.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
