Meet the production target.Meet labor efficiency targets in the area.Improve quality.Comply with OSAS Quality Systems.Maintain a CLEAN, SAFE, and ORGANIZED work environment.Monitor the quality system.Promote Safety and Environmental practices.Comply with EOS, BSI, and ISO 14000 procedures.Develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.Meet SCRAP reduction targets.Develop ECIP cost reduction projects.

Industrial Engineer or related degreeLanguage: Intermediate-advanced English (reading and writing) Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficePersonnel managementKnowledge of manufacturing processesLeadershipProactiveResults-oriented
