Financial Analyst [Analityk Finansowy]Location: Warsaw
Your responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze Revenue metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize profitabilityDrive portfolio mix management to optimize profitabilityWork on multiple data sources both qualitative and quantitative to bring valuable insightsEnsure results are analyzed, commented and reported according to the instructions receivedSupport annual planning process (volume & revenue)Backtesting analyses - correct cost settingDevelop and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standardsCoordinate with IT teams to maintain and enhance profitability calculation, leveraging automation and technology to streamline processes and improve data accuracyClose cooperation with the Sales (track progress towards profitability KPIs) and Operation department (cost setting).Our requirements
Finance & Accounting/Controlling backgroundExperience (3-5 years) in pricing, financial analysis or cost management, particularly related to car managementStrong analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to make data-driven decisions while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentReducing complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approachProactive and solution-oriented mindset to address any pricing or profitability issues as they ariseStrong organization skills, detail orientation and ability to prioritizeExcellence in MS ExcelFluent in EnglishWorking in a Car Fleet Management company would be an additional advantage.What we offer:
