What you will do

Operate and support filter-making and boxing machines, including setup, monitoring, and ensuring continuous production flow Perform minor troubleshooting, routine inspections, and minor repairs to maintain optimal equipment performance Adhere strictly to EHS, legal, corporate, and internal safety protocols; observe safety signs and use PPE\ Recognize, report, and apply control measures for workplace hazards, including incidents and near-misses Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Implement environmental protection practices and ensure proper waste disposal Participate in Kaizen activities; propose small improvements using proper channels and formats Communicate openly with supervisors and team members; share observations and improvement ideas professionally Record production data, material volumes, and maintenance logs as required Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and compliance

 

Who we are looking for

High school diploma or vocational school graduate

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field (e.g., manufacturing or machine operation)

Ability to read and write simple field reports in English

Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well within a team

Competent in basic mathematics and analytical thinking

Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment

Basic technical aptitude and computer skills (e.g., email, Word, Excel) are a plus
