What you will do

Operate and handle tobacco processing, cigarette making, and packing machines independently to produce quality products per QA specifications, ensuring minimal product on-hold issues. Set up, calibrate, and monitor machinery; load raw materials and packaging supplies for smooth operations. Conduct routine inspections, cleanings, minor repairs, and adjustments to maintain optimal machine performance. Inspect output for packaging defects (e.g., broken seals, misaligned labels, weight inconsistencies) and make necessary machine adjustments. Adhere strictly to safety protocols: use PPE, observe safety signage, and follow EHS and operational procedures to maintain a hazard-free environment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain); implement environmental protection practices. Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities; proactively propose enhancements using established formats and communication channels.\ Communicate openly with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and the implementation of improvements. Understand health and safety hazards related to tasks; complete required training, apply control measures, and report incidents or unsafe conditions promptly. Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors, ensuring compliance with EHS procedures, labor laws, corporate directives, and internal regulations.

 

Who we are looking for

High school diploma or vocational school graduate

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field (e.g., manufacturing or machine operation)

Ability to read and write simple field reports in English

Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well within a team

Competent in basic mathematics and analytical thinking

Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment

Basic technical aptitude and computer skills (e.g., email, Word, Excel) are a plus
