Filo Destek Uzmanı rolü için müşterilerin talebine istinaden, müşteri lokasyonunda hizmet vermeye hazır, gerektiğinde diğer Filo Destek üyelerini yedekleyebilecek.Oryantasyon döneminde öncelikli olarak Müşteri hizmetlerinde görev yapacakYol yardımı, bakım, onarım, hasar, yedek araç, sigorta, araç ile ilgili doküman talepleri, muayene işlemleri, trafik cezaları, plaka işlemleri gibi operasyonel kiralama hizmetlerine ait taleplerin karşılanması,Taleplerin ilk seferde karşılanması, karşılanamaması durumunda ilgili birimlere aktarılması,Müşteri ile empati kurarak operasyonel işleyişin düzgün, kaliteli yürütülmesi, taleplerin koordineli bir biçimde çözülmesi
