Job Title: Wellness Coordinator

Location: Floating between our KC locations (Olathe, Shawnee, Prairie Village, Overland Park, and Tiffany Springs)

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Guaranteed hours each week with the potential to work additional fill in days as clinic needs fluctuate.

Role Overview:
The Wellness Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position involves supporting patient scheduling, coordinating care, completing membership enrollment and assisting with clinic operations, all while promoting our mission of health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression.

Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily calendar efficiently.

Educate patients about services, membership options, and wellness programs.

Coordinate patient care with doctors and support staff.

Follow up with patients regarding appointments, missed visits, and care plans.

Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support smooth clinic operations.

Contribute to a positive team culture and patient experience.Assist with membership enrollment and engagement. 

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare support role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team-oriented mindset.​​​​​​​Sales experience is not required but very helpful
