Over de functie

Als Filiaalleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken in het filiaal. Je stuurt het team aan, zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving en bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als collega’s. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met operationele verantwoordelijkheid en draagt actief bij aan het succes van het filiaal.

Wat ga je doen?

Aansturen en motiveren van het filiaalteam.Zorgen voor een klantgerichte en professionele uitstraling van het filiaal.Adviseren van klanten over verfproducten, kleuren en toepassingen.Beheren van voorraad, bestellingen en logistieke processen.Verf mengen op kleur met behulp van mengmachines.Monitoren van verkoopresultaten en bijdragen aan commerciële doelstellingen.Zorgdragen voor een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving.

Wat breng je mee?

MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau.Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen retail, logistiek of de verfbranche.Kennis van verfproducten en schildersmaterialen is een pré.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling.Organisatorisch sterk, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.Rijbewijs B.
